AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Hostess / Client Co-ordinate
The hostess / client co-ordinate position is for anyone looking for part-time or full-time hours with an interest to learn more about the real estate industry.
Requirements – Must be perfectly bilingual in French and English, any additional languages are considered an asset. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: greeting clients, preparing files, organizing cocktail parties, participating in events, showing model units to clients.
 
Sales Representative
Sales Reps start as a hostess / client-coordinator while in training. The training process usually takes 3 months but can vary depending on the person.
Requirements – Must be perfectly bilingual in French and English, any additional languages are considered an asset. Responsibilities include but are not limited to selling properties, showing model units, participating in events, managing events, etc. Part-Time or Full-time
Receptionist
Must be perfectly bilingual in French and English, any additional languages are considered an asset. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: greeting clients, preparing files, answering the phone, participating in events, showing model units to clients. Part-Time of Full Time
Creative / Web Designer

 

  • Must be creative, with a good sense of graphic design
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid understanding of how to implement, navigate, and modify WordPress themes
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or
  • standalone applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Proficient in HTML, PHP, CSS
  • Strong Understanding of SEO principals and methodologies
